Connecting Young People Worldwide
Our Model
Our partnerships are led by volunteer facilitators with a passion for education and cultural exchange, who bring together a “PamSchool,” a small group of students from an educational institution in Haiti, Rwanda or Uganda, with a “PamClub,” a group of students with international interests at secondary or postsecondary institutions across the United States.
Over the course of 3-6 months, students design and implement a capstone project. For example: they teach themselves the basics of a new language – Haitian Creole or Kinyarwandan; they fundraise scholarship dollars to pay school fees; or they build a school garden to enrich students’ meals while at school.
